Introducing our Mini One Tonne Bags, supplied in sizes ranging from 38cm x 38cm x 38cm through to 70cm x 70cm x 70cm. They are particularly suitable for steel and other heavy industries. Sourced directly from the manufacturer, we bring you the lowest prices available. These bags boast extra strength, hardwearing durability, rot-proof construction, tear resistance and reusability, making them a certified solution for carrying up to one tonne or 500 kg, dependant on model. Featuring a flat base and four lifting handles, these bags are easy to handle during loading and transport. Printed bags are available on request. Minimum order quantities apply with normal 12/14 weeks lead time.

Mini profile one tonne bulk bags (FIBC) made from woven polypropylene for strong, practical handling in confined spaces. Available in sizes from 38 cm × 38 cm × 38 cm up to 70 cm × 70 cm × 70 cm, they are particularly suited to steel and other heavy industries where dense loads and tight working areas are common. Also known as reusable mini bags, mini dumpy bags, tote bags or mini FIBC, they provide a cost effective solution for bulk storage and transport.

Each bag is certified for a single trip load and features an open top with flat bottom, reinforced stitched seams and four lifting loops for handling by forklift or crane. With appropriate care they may be reused for lighter duties. The woven polypropylene construction offers good tear resistance for day-to-day site use.

Suitable and Common Uses Include:

  • Dense materials in steel and heavy industry
  • Storing and transporting metal parts, castings and offcuts
  • Aggregates, sand and compact bulk materials
  • Agricultural products including fertiliser, seed and feed
  • Recyclables and manufacturing by-products
  • General bulk handling where a smaller footprint is needed

Payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple pay, and American Express as a means of payment with order.

We can accept orders without payment, if you select one of the following methods at checkout-

Trading account – If you have an existing, agreed, open credit trading arrangement with Martins Mill Packaging Ltd, you can select this method at checkout, without payment.

Telephone – If, for whatever reason, you wish to place an order without payment, and then for us to contact you by phone, to arrange payment by another means, please use this method at checkout.

Dispatch
For orders placed before 2pm, we will aim to dispatch the same day or at latest, the following day. We will aim to ship all orders placed after 2pm on the following working day from placement of order. Working days are Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on bank holidays.
Your goods will be dispatched either by our delivery vehicles, one of our approved outside carriers or Royal Mail dependent on order content and your delivery address. The choice of carrier will be at our sole discretion. Delivery to your premises will normally be in 1-2 days from dispatch.

Bulky items
Please note that bulky items such as large cardboard boxes will incur in some instances a carriage surcharge or we may ask you to contact us for delivery charges, but where the latter is applicable, the product description will advise you of this.

Collection from our warehouse 
If you prefer, you may collect your order from our warehouse, however, please place your order outside the online ordering system to avoid carriage charges being added.

Shortages or damaged goods
If your goods have unfortunately been damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt in writing or by e-mail, attaching a photo of the damage. We will then advise you immediately of the next step to take. Please keep all packaging materials available for inspection.
In the unlikely event there are any shortages, please notify us within 7 days from delivery.

Local Delivery: Although supplying nationwide, we provide a delivery service, schedule permitting, using our own fleet of vehicles, and deliver to an area encompassing Manchester, Harrogate, Scunthorpe and Sheffield, as illustrated on the map. Where this is not possible, we will dispatch the goods by carrier, at our discretion.

Nationwide: Using our own fleet of vehicles and selected outside carriers, we provide fast distribution nationwide of our competitively priced range of high-quality packaging products and solutions from our base in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
