Sometimes it is difficult to find the right packaging, the main reasons being that your product is too large for conventional bags, sacks or boxes or standard sized packaging materials do not suit the actual size of your product. Your product could even be so awkwardly shaped, that trying to find something suitable can be a real problem.
Martins Mill packaging offer solutions for this problem, to enable packing items up to 2.85 M (9.35 ft.) in circumference.
Lay Flat Tubing
Lay flat tubing is a continuous roll of polythene tubing available in two gauge sizes – standard duty 250 gauge and heavy duty 500 gauge. Roll lengths are mostly 327M or 163 M respectively.
The tubing protects your products from dirt, dust and moisture and offers strong tear resistance, and is ideal for multi-purpose packaging applications.
You can slide a cut section over your product and then trim before sealing with either wire or cable ties, staples, tape or heat sealer.

We have our own in-house box manufacturing plant where we can provide a fast turnaround for low and medium-volume boxes. You can firstly check our extensive range of standard sized boxes here.
